Flat Rate Shipping:

We offer Express shipping on all our orders for $10. Express time-frames will vary depending on your area. Only available to delivery addresses within Australia. 

Express shipping times vary depending on location but generally range between 1-3 business days.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods, viruses etc.)

No freight charge on AU orders valued at $100 or over.

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping outside of Australia.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking code and estimated delivery date.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday within 1-2 days after your order has been placed and paid for. Express Shipping within Australia ranges between approx. 1-3 business days, depending on location. 

What to do if you have entered the incorrect address?

Please email info@flourishskinandbeauty.com.au as soon as possible, quoting your order number. If your order has already entered the dispatch process, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
